Yes, I am in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, Providence Health Plan, Quest Behavioral Health, and United Healthcare.

If I’m not in-network with your insurance, you can still choose to work with me using your out-of-network benefits or private pay. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network coverage, which may allow you to pay for your sessions upfront and receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company.
I’m happy to provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider. Since coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, I recommend contacting your insurance company to learn more about your specific out-of-network benefits.
Choosing to use out-of-network benefits or private pay can also give you more flexibility, privacy, and autonomy in your care. Instead of having your insurance determine which therapist you see or how long you receive treatment, you can choose a therapist who feels like the right fit and have the space to move through therapy at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Your mental health is an investment in yourself - and finding the right therapist matters.

Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum, but we can tailor the frequency based on your needs, schedule, and goals. We’ll check in regularly to make sure the pace feels right for you.

Yes! Online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy for many people—and it can be more convenient and accessible, especially if you have a busy schedule. I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, and I’m happy to answer any questions you might have about what to expect from virtual sessions.
